The · whole · truth · and · nothing · but · the · truth

Kind of weird considering I live there but Deeps and I went to almost every area in Chennai today. We left home at around noon to go to Library to do some research on Contemporary world history..*yawns uncontrollably*. But the catch was neither of us knew where it was. So we went to the Luz signal.

The signal read go straight for alwarpet and turn right for royapettah. We asked and auto driver and he said you should go right. But being the cleverest people we are we discarded that advice and went straight. We reached alwarpet and we reached lifestyle. But now we were out of petrol so we got a refill at the bunk. And we asked the manager how to get to anna flyover. He said "go back on the same route you came. And turn right on the second signal." What I heard was (don't ask me how) "Turn left on the second signal."

So we got to the second signal making a pit stop in my Gym cos Deepika wanted to see it. And at my insistence Deeps turned left. And we landed up in Nungampakkam. I was very tempted to go to mocha but considering the fact that I was the reason we ended up in Nungampakkam I didn't want it seem intentional. So we turned and went to the signal and went straight. And we ended up in (again don't ask me how)...Royapettah. So we decided to keep heading straight and we ended up in the Luz signal. ha ha. So we went for a another round and ended up AGAIN in Luz signal. The third time....after actually listening to the directions we reached Anna flyover. 15 minutes later, we were in the cool rooms of British council. And you really think after 2 hours on the road we would have done history?

But we did! For a whole of 10 minutes before I was reading sports papers. ANd then we went o the junior section and read about Astrology. According to that book my ideal profession will be a teacher....hmm. And then we left the library and we went to Spencer plaza. And had sandwiches in Sub Way. And then......Amritha called!!!!!Can you believe it? I didn't really talk to her, Deepika did and she apparently wanted to know whether Sonam was with us. Then we got home and finished watching Before Sunset and then watched A friends episode (TOW Joey speaks french) before she called it a day and left. And now i am doing this. I am so beat. But this si techniaclly my last week of freedom. I have Solomon's class starting monday. But I guess that won't really count as work. Yeah well. I stil have to get up at 5. Oh and I need a twelth standard economics text. Better go call someone. Adios. Ooohhh I saw a spanish interview of Xabi today for half an hour without understanding a word of it.
