I'm not sure why I wanted post today. I know it was about something, but while I was just thinking about it I realised that it would be slightly odd as there is a change between the person who wrote those last entries and the person writing them now.

I don't know if I could call it change. More along the lines of an awareness within me. I guess I better start at the beginning huh?

A few weeks back I was reading a very detailed account of the social causes of the French Revolution. Somewhere I felt that the commoners were very clear that they wanted freedom, but their problem was they didn't know what they were going to do with it. And when I was writing an essay arguing that very statement, I realized that I was making that very same mistake.

Throughout my adolescence I was always demanding freedom - from religion, from inequality, from the maddening irrationality that seemed to suffocate me. But I had never once questioned what I planned to do with that freedom. Or rather what I could do with that freedom that I can't now.

I have no concrete definition of reality. I even wonder if my dreams are more real than my waking life. But what I do know that is real is that I am free. Have been since the moment I started asking 'Why?'. While it may not be the physical freedom I craved once, it's an emotional independence that I love.

I used to think that freedom meant living without chains. But I now agree with Rousseau when he said that freedom is the power to choose your own chains.

This is just to let you know that I'm still alive.

College has been a pain and after a certain incident I just don't feel like updating very often in LJ these days. But I will get back soon. Hopefully.

There's a photography class which will begin in August. It's for three months twice a week and 2 hours per class. You will need a slr camera and they will pay for your prints. There will be outdoor shoots as well. The class in somewhere in Cathedral road. It's around 2500 per month for three months. Just comment if you're interested and I'll give you the contact number.

He is sooo sweet these days. And so so protective. Not in a annoying way.

*sighs* Gonna miss him like crazy.

Finally my exams are through!!!!Ok I have my IITHSEE but I'm not going there even if I get through and thats a big if so....Ok so I went to Measi and I was talking to Sujata about possible questions. She said,"Guna got Road Island". And I was like "Rhode island?" And that lead to a very interesing conversation. Anyway finally I was asked to draw a scene at the gate of a Std XII examination centre. Well I got the perspecive, composition and proportion correct. Beyond that it depends on the condition of the scanner and the examiner. My aesthetic sensitivity was blah. I knew we were going to be asked to identify certain buildings, but I didn't expect to identify IITs. My difficulty level was 3.75. Anyway there is a chance that both my board and nata results can be announced on the sme day. I hope that doesn't happen. Other than that, nothing really. Nighty night.
